Work Experience
Intern
Reliability study of the railway reducers (gearboxes) of train E1419. Analysis of failure histories and calculation of reliability indicators (MTBF, MTTR). Application of the Weibull distribution for failure modeling. Performed an FMEA (AMDEC) analysis on the reducers' critical components.
Intern
Quality control of raw materials according to defined technical specifications. Verification and validation of mixer cleaning procedures in line with HACCP requirements. Physicochemical testing of detergents: pH, viscosity, density, active substance content. Identification of critical control points (CCP) throughout the manufacturing process. Application of quality tools: Ishikawa diagram, non-conformity reports, control checklists. Drafting of control reports and results traceability according to ISO 9001 standards and HACCP principles.
Intern
Observation and analysis of the design and assembly process of wiring panels. Study of production flows and identification of key manufacturing process steps. Analysis of quality control parameters applied throughout the industrial process. Monitoring of cutting, marking, and component assembly operations.
